Pure&Eco Ltd – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pure&Eco Ltd, we aim to provide high-quality cleaning and pet products that meet or exceed customer expectations. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when returns may be accepted and the conditions required. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Change of Mind Returns (Non-Faulty Items)
We do not automatically accept returns for change of mind. However, at our discretion, we may accept unopened, unused items in original, undamaged packaging.
If a discretionary return is accepted:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Pure&Eco Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet all conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following unless they are proven faulty upon delivery:
Pet treats or edible pet products
Opened or used cleaning products
Water-soluble sachets or pods once packaging is opened
Any item showing signs of use, damage, or contamination
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
To qualify:
The item must not have been used.
Fault must not be due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear.
If approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
Replacement of the item
Partial refund
Full refund
Store credit
Pure&Eco Ltd may require the item to be returned for inspection before issuing any refund or replacement.
4. Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours. Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for exchange.
5. Returns Process

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Items sent back without approval will be refused or disposed of without refund.

For B2B and wholesale orders, all sales are final unless goods are proven faulty upon delivery. No returns or refunds are offered for surplus stock, over-ordering, or change of mind.
